Default Oh happy days!

Ok I haven't won the battle yet but I did get RJM to settle on an account!

Heres what they did. Orginially wanted $1,200 So i offered $400....

Not only did they accept this as PIF they also offered a payment plan, AND will deleted it as soon as the last payment is recieved! I am so glad. Now if Midland was this easy to deal with!:rolleyes:

They sent me a copy in the Mail today!

Says PIF and upon last payment it will be deleted from Experian and Transunion- Its not on equfax

I'm dealing with Allied Interstate. They will offer "full and final settlement" but no deletion. How did you get the deletion?
