I am so excited. I have all my reports back after my first dispute and the outcome was great!!!!
TU 6 deletes
EX 6 deletes
EQ 5 deletes
I just want to jump up and scream and dance around!!! I'm way too excited. LOL
BUT that's not all!!! I just got an update to the boyfriends disputes... both judgements removed from his EQ and 1 from TU....but the disputes are still in progress. I can't wait to see how his turn out!!!

I have a similar issue...one satisfied judgment from 8/08...but I want to remove it. How did you get your judgment removed?

I actually didn't send a letter. I did the dispute online since it was the first time I was disputing the judgement. I did all my 1st time disputes online and got a lot of them removed right away. When I disputed I just put "Not Mine." They just fell off. One was from a few years ago and was not paid, the other was from last year and was paid. I also got all the inquiries removed from EQ and I am working on getting the ones from EX removed this week.

Our credit scores have gone up by about 23 points on EQ, about 20 on EX and about 10 on TU. I'm only a on my 1st disputes and have not even started with the DV letters yet. I was so excited by these 1st ones that I just became a little addicted! LOL I want to make sure I get them all off. LOL I guess I am getting a little greedy! Let me know if I can be of any help to you!

FYI most people do not think that online disputes are good because there is no paper trail. I agree with that. I did my 1st disputes online because I didn't have the money to send out all the letters from two credit reports, certified mail ($3.12) each! So I did it online. BUT if you do it online remember to print the dispute page so that you have something on paper showing what TL's you disputed! Just keep excellent records and only do it on the 1st dispute only IF you decide to do it at all online.

Good luck and let me know how it goes!

There are many other reasons not to dispute online. The biggest reason to me would be the lack of control. They give you a set of options to choose from and you must choose one of them.

When I send a dispute I don't give a reason. If I do, I never say "not mine" because then I can't dispute it a different way later if it does come off, since I've already declared that it's not mine. Also, it is dishonest if it was mine.
