anyone successful using goodwill letter with SallieMae

I have sent a goodwill letter to SallieMae as well as multiple phone calls. I was finally able to get transferred to a supervisor and she has forwarded the information to the credit team. I was told it would take 10 - 14 days for a final decision.

Anyone who has been successful with SallieMae, is this the process you went through to get your approval? If not what process/contacts did you make to have your goodwill approved.

Sallie Mae is incredibly difficult to deal with and they verify EVERYTHING. Grrr! :mad: Let us know if you have any luck with them.
