who can delete public record, OC or law firm?

Hi,
I have one public record on TU. The OC was Wells Fargo. They sold this account to the law firm. We went to court and I lost. the judgment was satisfied a year ago. I wanted to remove this public record because it was zero balance. Who should I send the letter to OC or the law firm?

Your question of who can delete OC or law firm, the answer is neither of them.Your best bet is to dispute with the CRA(s) reporting this account.

Opt out and delete old addresses(basics of credit repair) FIRST if you haven't done so. Then dispute the judgment(see the link below).
