Default Confused on how I should verify recorded judgement

I'm going to try my luck at getting a 5 year discharged chap 7 BK removed and a 2+ year foreclosure here in California.

I understand that I have to first see if I have actual recorded judgements?

I read people talking about Pacer, but me looking at Pacer isn't going to help anything as I understand it, only going in person to the courthouse to verify my public record right? Isn't Pacer the place the CRA's get their info from anyway?

Or is there a way I can get info about my actual reported judgements online?

:confused::confused::confused:

All those you have listed have links for your case?It would contain your entire bk history who they notified,when they notified,You can use the info in many ways when you dispute.

Ahh ok.

Now on my foreclosure, I tried doing searches through the S Cali courts site (not the BK one) and I couldn't find any records that matched my name, I tried searching a few times and no results - does that mean that there is no record of my foreclosure?

Sorry if I was unclear, I am now referring to my foreclosure, not my BK. I cannot see it in any searches onb the Pacer web site.

No it was clear I was wondering if they list it by county,could be it wasn't recorded somehow,So you might be able to dispute it off.
