procedures used letter

So I sent in a dispute letter to EX for 2 judgements, they both came back verified. I then sent in the procedures used letter, letting them know it was NOT a request for investigation. Today I recieve the "we have already investigated these items and they were verified, will not re-investigate without new information". B.S. :mad:


So my question is what should I do next? Send another letter?

yes they are I am trying to go for the courts dont verify info, now delete route.

Also, having trouble with the courts but thats a whole different thing.

Ok.....this is just what I would do...
I would file an FTC complaint stating that they totally ignored your PR request.......and then send a copy of the FTC complaint along with another PR letter.....maybe bolding the part where you state your not requesting an investigation and want to how the item was verified and WHO verified it.

I would also hand write the next letter.......just to make sure it doesn't go through their automated system.

I hope you can get the right info from the court though. That is really what you are going to need.

I have handwritten all of my letters to them. I will try what you said though, that will probably get thier attention at least.

The courts are being just as tough as the CRA's, one of them wont even respond to me. Again :mad:!
