So I recieved the 2nd response from the courthouse today. This time its even worse than the first time. They photo copied a page from a book about how to contact credit reporting agencies and telling me I can repair my credit!!! WTF! It has been easier for me to dispute things off than get a decent response from the courthouse. Any suggestions? thanks |

Wow. This is ridiculous. Have you tried calling? Maybe you can screen the people in the clerks office and hopefully find one with a firing brain cell. THEN maybe you can have them agree to put it in writing that they DO NOT report to the CRAs..........or resend them your PR letter to the courts ATTN to whoever you can get a good answer from. The thing is........the CRAs might "check" with pacer or the courts.......and so then the courts might say "yes, they have a judgment"..........BUT the clerks office/court is NOT the entity that reported it or initially put it on your CR. According to your CR.........they did.......but we know that's not true. We are just trying to get the courts to admit that they don't report public records to the CRAs. Sheeeeesh. I can't believe they are making it this difficult on you. ![]() I would try calling them.... |

Some of the people that work in the court are not to bright. You need to find out who the court administrator is. The court administrator runs the court house (Boss). Send your question to him/her and on the front of the envelope write " Personal & Confidential " , that way the court admininistrator will be the only one to open the letter. We hope from that the court administrator should have some brains. WE HOPE.
