 Finding out liens
How can I find out if my creditors who have judgments against me put a lien on any of my vehicles ? I don't have any real estate, so the only thing they could go after would be my vehicles I guess. I'm in PA.

Any time you have a court ordered judgment/lien........you should receive a summons prior to that. Check with your courthouse, they should be able to tell you if you were "served" and a judgment is against you. It's possible there is a judgment BUT you have to see how/if you were served and if it was done properly according to the service laws in your state. |
