Cool 2002 civil judgement satisfied $115.

Hi, in March 2002, I went to small claims court over a dog. We both ended up paying. They had to pay my attorney fees, I had to pay $115.00. Anyway, they never have paid, I waited to see if they would pay, (big mistake), so, I have a civil judgement, it states satisfied, and has been dropped from Equifax and Transunion, but still shows up on Experien. Experien is 85 points lower than the other two!! The what if scenario shows if this was not on the report my score would go up 38 points. Any advice?
Why does Experien hang on so much longer than the others? Will it do any good to contact them? Thanks a lot.

When you say dropped off, do you mean that you disputed and it was removed or that it fell off by itself?

Have you done the basics of credit repair(i.e. opting out, deleting old addresses, multiple names, outdated information from the personal section of your CR's)?

Have you ever disputed the judgment with EX, if so how(i.e. online, snail mail, not mine, inaccurate, etc)?

As far as the judgment and your score goes, is the judgment the only negative item on your report? In my personal experience, having a judgment on your CR has not had that significant of score increase or decrease when a judgment popped on the CR or when it was removed.

As far as why things stay on EX longer than the others, who knows. Experian seems to be a thorn on the side of many credit repairers for various reasons.

Contact who??

Help us answer some of these questions and we can provide some solutions.
