Default Property Tax Liens on credit

Are Property Tax Liens supposed to removed from credit when paid in full?
I have one that was satisfied 3 years ago (showing released on reports), can I dispute for a delete? If so, what impact would that have on my fico score as far as it increasing? Or will it really show no change to score due to the age of the Lien?

Property tax liens will stay on your credit for 7 years unless you dispute them and are lucky enough to have them deleted. I say dispute dispute and dispute until they are all gone!!
