Default Taking over a house to avoid Foreclosure?

Does anyone know of any legitimate programs that set you up with someone about to lose their home and allows you take over their payments?

I would love to get into a binding contract that allowed me to take over someone’s mortgage who is about to lose their home. I would get a home out of it and they wouldn’t have to worry about a foreclosure on their record.

I don't know of any programs that allow you to do it, but I know lots of people that go out in search of foreclosure homes, or people who may have to foreclose. The internet is a good place to look for people who are in need of someone to take over their mortgage loans also.
