My mortgage was 60 days past due but was not foreclosed or repossessed. The mortgage lender is reporting that my house was foreclosed and repossessed. This is only showing on my credit report. It shows on the other debtor's account as only being 60 days past due at that time and then current since then. What kind of letter should I write to the mortgage company to request that they fix this information?

Have you tried calling them? You may be able to get it corrected a little faster that way.
