Thought I'd ask. We're stuck in a situation where we'd like to and need to refinance to finish new construction (though we have our occupancy) and no one will finance because house is not finished in their eyes or excuse per say in today's lending industry. I've tried every type of lender out there, same thing. Or they can only loan out 70% LTV on "as is" value and not subject too. Either though it would be completed right away if something would just give out a loan! ? |

yeah, tried that. I don't even know if anyone is lending to anyone else anymore! I think they forwarded me to something else First Again or something, they pulled credit and then denied. I even think prosper you have to have better credit than what they make it appear. who knows.
