FREE Living Will

I haven't done it, but I thought it may be of interest to some of you!

Neither have I, yet, but I can't seem to find anything that says a living will is a bad idea. Hopefully I will get one finished before I need it

Before my parents passed a number of years ago they had the wisdom and consideration to employ the use of a living will.

It turned out to be one of the most useful documents I've ever needed. As I was named the Trustor, with power of attorney, it served many purposes, including allocation of the division of property after their deaths, documents of proof in regards to their well being after they became incapacitated and non ambulatory, and it alleviated any issues regarding outside entities taking control in any way shape or form, both after they could no longer handle their own affairs and after their deaths.

I highly suggest that everyone gather knowledge in this arena and take positive steps towards making a plan of action and following up with it in regards to your own living wills. It will put your own minds at ease as well as make it easier for your decedents.
