    Hi,
    I'm new to this website. I have been reading and found lots of useful info.
    I sent the DV letter to the collection agency but I haven't heard from them. It's over 30 days. Can I send the letter to the three credit bureaus to delete this account since the collection agency didn't respond to me within 30 days.
