Exclamation Credit Bureau with wrong info.

Hi,
I am 23, and since 18 have been trying to get a credit card but I was always rejected. Last year I found out that there are 2 collections on my credit, 1 from Rogers, $2800, and 1 from a Citi Bank Card for $7500. Since day one I knew the city bank card is not mine since I have never had a credit card. And same with Rogers but I still am with Rogers with a good standing. Since last year I have been calling the 1 credit bureau that I got my credit report from to fix this problem and every time they have an excuse.

Is it possible for me to sue Rogers and the Citi Bank card company for providing the credit bureau wrong information of me? And can you refer me to a lawyer?

Thank you
