Default Is this an ok DV letter to send

Quick question, I have typed my letters to the CRA's. Is this acceptable wordage to use? If not, what changes should I make

I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and discovered some inaccurate information, which is damaging to my character and credit score. I am requesting an investigation to verify the listed errors for accuracy, or please delete them from my credit report.

To my knowledge the following accounts were never late:

-Here I listed several accounts w. account numbers listed as being late in 2008

I have no record or knowledge of the following accounts:

-Here I listed several accounts w. account numbers which are negatives on my report

If any of these accounts are verified, please furnish me with the name and address of the verifying party, the method of verification, and teh reported first delinquency from the original creditor. Thank you for your time regarding this matter.

Default It's cool

But a DV is a debt verification letter that is sent to the Collection Agencies right?

This looks like a dispute letter to be sent to the bureaus!

Yea, he called it the wrong thing.

But, a DV is debt validation, not verification. Debt validations go to CAs (collection agency). Dispute letters go to CRAs (credit reporting agencies, aka credit bureaus).
