Coleman - can you give us a little more detail. Is it true that I can file it for an agreement between friend or does it have to be a company? You see, I also know about them (mainly from the internet) and a friend of a friend who mentioned it a number of times. I have NEVER used them though.

That is a longish discussion LOL

In summary actually it is simple. Have an agreement drafted, use a UCC -1 to secure collateral for the agreement. In time amend the UCC (using UCC-3) and finally terminate the UCC.

Do not pay anyone to do it. Corporations use it all the time BUT not directly for credit building purposes.

OK...so how will the credit reporting agency get this? Does this have to be filed with Clerk of Court?
