EQ keeps requesting Documentation

I did online dispute with EXP with great results (106 point increase in 1 mth). Now I am disputing online with EQ (medical collections, inquires, personal info). I have now received my third email:

In order to process your request, you will need to send us a copy of the following documents:
1. Valid Driver's License
2. Social Security card or W-2 form
3. Utility bill

As requested I have faxed this information 3 times. Should I start a new dispute or wait to see if they send yet another request. I'm sure this is just a stall tactic on their behalf.

Yes, it is a stall tactic EQ likes to use.
When did they receive the dispute initially? Do you have proof of the dispute showing the date..(that you can print out)?

I called an spoke with a represenative today and to my surprise my dispute was completed this evening. Go figure!! :0
