Help is on a distinguished road
Default 1-2 punched CA's CRA's responded to me before CA's

so i sent dv1 letters out to some CA's, and have not heard back from them yet at all.

however, my credit monitoring service has sent me letters stating that the accounts have been verified with the CRA's. i thought they were supposed to get in touch with me BEFORE validating with the CRA's. i have only received one letter from a CRA (experian) but have received none from any of the CA's

what are my options here? do i just wait it out and let them contact me? the deadline is drawing near

(the letter experian sent was to notify me that the CA marked the "account disputed by consumer")

That is the ONLY thing the CA can do when contacting the CRAs after receiving a dispute from you.
By law, they have to mark the acct as in dispute.....but they are not supposed to verify the acct until they send you validation.

So, actually.... it sounds like they are doing what they're supposed to do.
I would just wait it out and see if the CA responds.
