Angry credit report differences

Im in the process of trying to get a mortgage and have been disputing items online. I have pulled some 3 in 1 and single reports with some major differences noted between them. For example,
-EQUIFAX score pulled through experian shows 575
-When I pulled a 3 in 1 from Equifax, my EQUIFAX score was 600
-and when I pulled it through TransUnion my EQUIFAX score was 670

I can understand differences between different CRA's but why such descrepencies for the same CRA??? Kinda scary, that it depends on where you pull the report as to what score you have. I had assumed that my equifax should be the same across the board, regardless of where I pulled the report from. Guess not!

Especially nerve racking when your not sure what the mortgage company FICO's will come back at.

I pulled my scores from "TrueCredit" before going to see a mortgage broker. Imagine my surprise to find that when he pulled my scores his came up about 100 points less on average. MyFico.com is the only place that seems to give real scores online.

Each agencies credit report looks abit different. Just take your time and examine them. Remember, although the formating looks different, all credit reports are giving you the same information: Personal identity information (name, ssn); list of creditors, account info and the number of lates; as well as, public information (judgements, liens) and inquires (hard and soft inquires) Hope this helps.
