I have disputed a couple of accounts with each CRA, but there are a couple more accounts I realized I should be disputing. The first disputes I initiated about a week ago. Do I need to wait for the responses to those disputes before I can start new disputes?

Yes, you should wait at least 30 days. If you send those before the 30 days, you extend their investigation time and that kinda sabotages your efforts.
