how is this affecting me. in the comments it says repossesion but also says ok for every single month up to 10/2009...

apparently i owe $4014 which is the difference between what the car i turned in re-sold for and what i still owed. what are the chances i can settle for less?

It's definitely a negative item on your credit report and hurting your credit scores. It would be best if you could get it deleted.
