Default Crapital One Credit Card - Help!

So, I'm having issues with Crapital One! (who hasn't, right?)

At any rate, it started when I did not receive a bill on time and it has spiraled out of control from there - overlimit, past due for 4 months now! I can't seem to deal with these people. They refuse to delete or drop the dang charges and they call like 3 times a day. Last payment I wrote on check pay for deletion (like that will happen - actually it did not), but I gave it a quick shot and thought I'd pay something or my normal amount and get them off my case.

Another thing - I've been a customer for probably over 5 years - asked them to report my POSITIVE credit and they wouldn't do it. One is in my self employment business name and that was one of their excuses - the other one if my name, they just never reported. BUT, NOW of course they'll report it all and increase the rate to 29%!!!

WHAT in the world can I do? I NEED to get this deleted! Send a dispute. Dispute with CB's?

Anyone have any luck with this firm? Or similar issues?

Any input appreciated - thanks!

Can u explain a bit more? How exactly did a bill that did not arrive on time spiral into an overlimit fee and 4 months past due?

Also, what do you mean they won't report your positive history?

When I sent bill back the late charge made it overlimit. Either though I thought I had it all taken care of by phone. I've explained this over and over again. Afterwards I paid min. payments - I wasn't going to pay all those charges. I really don't think it is 4 months past due anyway.

They never would report my positive credit history. ? I don't know what else to say - thought I explained it as best as I could.
