Help with OC/CO and late pays

first of all thanks to all for all the info on this site, I disputed old stuff and went from a 556 to 682. Now I have 4 negative items on all CRA'S. I have 2 small CO reporting from the OC as sold. The debt was paid years ago with the purchasing CA'S and those were part of what got deleted. I am dealing with one CO mark from CAP 1 and one from HSBC, these were small credit cards. I also have 6x 30 days late on a car payment with a local bank. The car has been paid off for 2 years and finally I have some late pays with a student loan that is paying current for the past 2 years, and I will try a GW letter there. I have read that the 1 2 punch does not work for OC. Can I please get some suggestions on getting these items off ? Thanks so much to all for all the help so far, I am almost at 700 and could almost taste it !!

I forgot to mention that I did dispute the CO's reporting from the OC'S with the CRA's and they indicated verified, Cap 1 did not send anything and HSBC gave me a we sold the debt letter.
