Do I need to send a copy of my entire credit report when I'm sending a dispute to the CRA's?, or is it enough to send a copy of the page where the particular item I'm disputing is viewable?

You don't need to send any part of your CR. You just give them your CR # and then just list the acct and acct # as it appears on your report and why you are disputing it.
