I noticed on my credit report from equifax that the OC and the CA report different dates for my first delinguency on a credit card that got charged off. OC: 06/2006 CA: 09/2005 How can I know which one is correct? If CA is correct, then I'm out of SOL, but if OC is correct I'm not.... |

The DOFD is usually 6 months before it is charged off.. You should be able to tell by your reports when the acct was charged off...
