Has it been the FULL 30 days (or 45 if you used a free report)?

If so then you need file an FTC complaint and then you can send in a copy of the complaint along with a letter to TU demanding deletion since the investigation wasn't done in a timely manner.

Too lazy is not an excuse..... wait out the FULL 30 days. If you still do not get another/final response, then file an FTC complaint and send another letter demanding deletion...

I'm sorry I thought I mentioned it was deleted, I called friday and check my credit report and it was removed. I was just saying they were to lazy to put that on the results letter :-)

I have had no problem with TU. EX is another story. I sent them my dispute in Oct by USPS and received no response. When I called EX the end of Nov. they stated they have no record of a dispute. I then sent EX a demand for deletion for failing to respond to my dispute within 30 days. I have not heard nothing back.

A week before xmas I sent EX a different dispute and now they come back with a letter stating " We received a suspicious request regarding your personal credit info that we have determined was not sent by you. We have not taken any action on this request. "

I think I will be looking into FTC complaint and talking to an Attorney.

That's very strange. I requested several validations from EX. They promptly sent me a letter outling my request and listed estimated completion dates for their investigation.

I have not had a problem with EX in the past. I have read other threads on other sites which people are having the same problem as I had. I did file a complaint with FTC this afternoon and will be meeting with an attorney next week about problems with EX.
