Default HELP! Experian wont take my dispute

Wow, this whole credit repair thing is getting to be overwhelming. I wish I could be an immigrant and start over with a whole new identity!

Anyways, I sent equifax a dispute, they send it back in 4 days verifying one of the accounts disputed with no mention of the other 6 accounts.

So I called and talked to someone there and they explained to me:
"Even though some of this information was removed in the past, and placed back onto your credit report, we will not dispute the accounts without NEW relevant information"

Please tell me what to do from here.

WHY AM I DOING CREDIT REPAIR IF THEY ONLY DELETE FOR A MONTH AND COME BACK ON???

Was this regarding your other thread where I suggested you use the reinsertion letter?
They HAVE to address every dispute. So even though you got back results on one TL, by that 30 day mark, they have to send you investigation results on the others or you can file complaints stating they did not properly investigate the dispute(s).

According to the FCRA....they cannot put previously deleted items back on your CR UNLESS they have new evidence proving the account does belong to you. And if they do......they MUST notify you within 5 days to let you know the items have put back on your CR.

Look through here:
http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/031224fcra.pdf
Especially section 611 Procedure in case of disputed accuracy

Here is a portion of it regarding reinsertion:

Quote:
(B) Requirements Relating to Reinsertion of Previously Deleted Material
(i) Certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted
from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information
may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency
unless the person who furnishes the information certifies that the
information is complete and accurate.
(ii) Notice to consumer. If any information that has been deleted from a
consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the
consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion
in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if
authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means
available to the agency.

(iii) Additional information. As part of, or in addition to, the notice under
clause (ii), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in
writing not later than 5 business days after the date of the reinsertion
(I) a statement that the disputed information has been reinserted;
(II) the business name and address of any furnisher of information
contacted and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably
available, or of any furnisher of information that contacted the
consumer reporting agency, in connection with the reinsertion of
such information; and
(III) a notice that the consumer has the right to add a statement to the
consumer's file disputing the accuracy or completeness of the
disputed information.

This is what I would do..
Wait the FULL 30 days (or 45 if you used a free report) for the investigation to be complete. If you still haven't rec'd any final results........they are in violation and you should then file complaints,.....Then you re-dispute, in the letter you should quote the FCRA and highlight the areas that pertain to you/the investigation and also include copies of your complaints.
