I deleted personal info online with TU, EX, & EQ. That is done quickly like a day or two. Once that is done I then dispute thru the mail to have a paper trail because you will need that down the road.

Thank you for both of you guys for your advises.
I just talk to EX but the said they cannot delete 2 old addresses because my creditors are thw one that provided them the addresses. The only way I can have those addresses deleted from my credit report is to talk to the creditor, they the only one that can have them deleted from the CR.
Please tell me what can I do to have these addresses deleted?
Do I have to call the creditors?

Thanks

EX is the most difficult CRA when it comes to removing addresses. If the addy is tied to a TL (good or bad), they will not remove it from your record.

Best thing to do is just delete as much personal info as possible and then move on to your regular disputes.

hello guys,

Trish, i just hang up with Equifax and they deleted all my old addresses. Woow couldn't believe it.
Contrary to equifax, experian is telling me that they can't delete addresses that are linked to a TL.
Transunion is asking me a proof of mailing address but they just deleted 2 old addresses which is not bad.
I will be calling them everyday till i got all these addresses deleted.
After this what is the next step and how to proceed to this next step?

thanks so much for all of your advises.

That's good.
No sense in going crazy over the few addresses that cannot be removed.......just go ahead and move on.

Start triaging your reports and prioritizing the TLs that need disputing. You should start with any that are out of SOL first.

Good luck!
