Default Settled a credit card

I recently made a settlement agreement on a credit card. I even have it in writing that they agree it will be "Settled in full and closed" but they are reporting now as a charge off.

what can i do to change it to Paid and closed?

Hold them to the letter even if you have to sue. It's a violation of an agreement.

I second what jj says.
Call or write them and kindly remind them that they are reporting it inaccurately and bound by a written contract. If they give you any grief or continue to report it incorrectly, you can send them an ITS letter.

In the meantime, dispute with the CRAs for the incorrect reporting.
