Please help GEMB/JCP $40.

Hello everyone I am new to the forum and I enjoy reading all the success stories. I started with about 10-11 negative accounts on each CRA and a very low 500 credit score, over the last two years of hard work paying and disputing I am down to only 2 negative accounts as of 08/2009 only being reported by TransUnion. credit score is 624
1. Chrysler Financial with 1x 3o late payment in Nov. of 2002 and 1x 30 day late payment in Dec. of 2002.
2. GEMB/JCP it was only $40.00. but it was the worst $40. of my life. it was sent to CA around 2006 I paid the CA in Nov of 2007. I still have the receipt from the CA and they deleted it from the CR. GEMB/JCP wont budge when it comes to deleting I tried a good will letter I disputed multiple times.
It gets worse I disputed with Trans and stated GEMB/JCP agreed to remove from CR and this is what happened

It went from Derogatory to Delinquint and my credit score went from 624 to 597. Also 1x Chrysler late fee from Nov. 2002 fell off CR. Please Help. what should I do I have no other changes on CR. Sorry so long and thank you.

Demand that they remove it from your report completely. Tell them that the information is erroneous and that you demand full and immediate deletion.
