CA ignored a Cease Letter?

I just checked my CR and a CA ignored a C&D letter i sent back in July and they put something on my credit report anyway. What is my next step?

They can report it even with a c&d they just can't call you.I would try the 1-2 punch.

I thought with a C&D letter it goes back to the OC and they CA cant do anything?
