paid collection to OC

I paid a collection to the OC but the collection agency is still reporting on my CR. Does the CA have to delete? It was for a phone bill and I had the service turned back on and paid the prev bal. It shows as paid but still a negative acct can it be removed? Thanks

Try disputing the TL with the CRA's first. If it's not removed then try contacting the OC.
