Debt Validation: When does it need to be requested?

Does the Debt Validation letter need to be sent in the first 30 days of the debt or can it be requested at any time?

I think I'll go to Lexington Law Firm, At this point I don't know what else I can do with this collection agencys BS. Can we say overwhelmed?

its not as hard as one may think. when i started my credit repair journey back in september 2008, i had roughly 460's across the board. i just checked my credit score the other day and i had a score as high as 652!!!

with a little bit of patience and deligence, you can get the score you deserve and not spend $100's - $1,000's of dollars doing it!! all it will cost is some postage!

go read the "beginners guide to credit repair" thread. then once you have read that, you will have a much better understanding for the steps you must take and you can start asking the proper questions. questions that will set you on the path to great credit!!
