linkjmi is on a distinguished road
Default 3 neg marks on 1 report all from same creditor
Pinnacle Credit Services has listed the same account as a open account, a closed account, and collection account on the same Experian credit report. Can they legally place 3 separate negative marks on on someones credit report?

No dispute all three as the same account listed 3 different ways.Point at the problem.
