Recently, I decided that i need to repair my horrible credit.. I have had tons of problems with my credit report as I keep getting items that are my fathers placed on my report.. I currently have 2 medical collections on my report that I do not know if they are mine.. I recently sent a letter to the credit bureau disputing the TL because there is no account name listed.. I am hoping that they either delete it or update it so that I can see who the account is from.. What should be my next course of action, should i DV the accounts or go straight for the credit bureau.. The supposed account was opened on 08-2005 but i never received a letter stating that it is going to collection.. It is a medical collection but I have no idea from what.. It is for 438 dollars... the other TL is for 139 dollars and opened on 03-2004 and is also a medical collection.. With this one as well I never received a letter that is was going to collections.. My way of thinking is that I am going to DV them when I here back from the bureaus and then if not keep disputing until I have to send them a PFD letter.. Does that seem like a good sense of thinking.. Dan |
