Default OC reporting high balance and payment history
Can the OC report high balance & payment history on same account with CA?

The OC has zero'ed out the balance since the CA got the account - but can the OC still report the high balance and payment history?

Yes they can is it fair?I don't think so because once they close it they have to zero the balance!But they can report a high balance.so whats the difference?

Thanks JJ - what about the payment history? Youre telling me that the OC can report a payment history?

Yes up to the charge off date anything after they can't report.

Well yes if the oc approves in in the original contract.
