I need a little help please!

Back in 2005-2006 I lost my job and got behind on some bills. I have a couple of charge-offs and 1 or 2 120 day late payments. Then I have a few 30 or 60 day late payments. All of these accounts are anywhere from 2 1/2 to 4 years old and I can't stand my credit being the way it is, I believe it is around 650. I have been current on all my bills since. So I am not sure of the course of action I should take. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
