hi

i have about $600 debt for red light tickets that i definitely know can be verified by the collection agency, also a $300 hospital bill that can most likely be verified by the CA.

what is the best way to delete this or should i just pay it off?

my score is 603 right now and i need to boost it up

How do you know it can be verified? Collection agencies don't keep great records. Also, many of them don't even bother to verify accounts. Disputing it is the only way to find out. However, if they are old accounts, you may just want to wait for them to fall off your credit report. How old are they?

Do NOT pay them until you find out how old they are or until you get it in writing that they will delete it if you pay. Otherwise, there is no reason to pay them (unless they are traffic tickets and they could some how arrest you or something.)
