Default EX problem

I have a question about what to do next with this issue and EX.

So back on 4/9 I sent a PR letter to them for 2 judgements.

On 4/22 I recieved a letter back stating they already investigated and will not re-investigate without new proof that something has changed and they have already been verified.

4/26 I filed an FTC complaint that they would not respond to my PR request.

4/27 I sent them a 2nd PR letter with attached FTC complaint.

5/10 I recieve a letter back stating that I did not send enough identification with.

5/11 sent 2nd letter for deletion of judgemnts for faliure to verify procedural request.

That is the last I have heard from them and have not sent anything else to them. It has been over 30 days and without having heard anything from them I am not sure what to do next?

Can anyone give me a little help on the next step if there is something I can do? I have not gotten a updated credit report either, I dont want to spend the money if this has not been changed. Shouldnt have they responded with something?

thanks

I don't know - give it another week or two due to mail delivery.
Meanwhile... maybe re-send the letter (certified? to make sure they received.) or if you did already - I guess just send the last letter again.
Let us know when and if you get response and what it is! k?
sorry, I'm not much help, but thought I'd reply. :D

Patience is the hardest part.
It's tough when you want immediate results in your favor.
Or at least in the time frame it is supposed to be - I don't think it rarely happens, they like giving the runaround.
Good luck and let us know on this one - I hope it gets resolved.
