Ok, So I've read, read and read, but still a little confused.
I'm reay to send out my first batch of letters..

Ok, here is my confusion..

Do I send my first round to the collections Agency, or the credit reporting Agency?

Now, the credit reporting agencies are, Exp. tran, and equi, correct?

Send to the CA first, wait about a week, then send to the CRA's. CA's cannot validate a debt with the CRA's while its under investigation.

Yes, if you're doing a 1 2 punch, send to the CA first......then as soon as they've rec'd the DV letter, immediately send your disputes to the CRAs.
