Default Results back from TU

So i got my results letter back from my first round of disputes from TU today and 3 out of the 5 i disputed were deleted! (Super excited about that :D) 2 were verified and one out of the 2 I'm still DV'ing the CA so we will see how that goes but to my question. The other TL that came back verified i paid before i found this site and the status says Payment after charge off/collection, what is my next course of action?

Congrats on the deletes! :2thumbsup:

For the paid acct. You could either keep hammering away at the disputing....and just dispute something different each time..........OR you could always try going directly to the CA and asking them to delete it.

Hey thanks JJ- I am being patient, I am just a bit frustrated at this point and I am frustrated with "myself" I am due to refinance in 2 weeks on 2 business accounts and 1 mortgage, and the bank I have been with for 7 years is snickering at my score, even though that all of my business payments, taxes and lines of credit are "perfect" never late but because my mortgage fell behind because of the economic downfall 8 months ago and we took a great big "loss" in which we recovered from is making us look bad  but get this- the bank in which is reporting me late which we are in the middle of fixing will "approve" me.....this is not what I want at this time I am fortunate that bank "A" took the chance on us and made us what we are today 10 years later a very "profitable" business, but are giving me a hard time refinancing me because of a legitimate shortfall? Now bank "B" is working with me and really not understanding the reason for bank "A" to act the way they are? Bank "B" explained to me today there is more behind us personally and with our business then a credit score and that is why they will consider our loans. Hope this makes sense!:huh:

There could be two thoughts on this.Bank A is not as solvent as they hope to be and are having a harder time getting investors to infuse cash into the business. Our bank A has 2 many bad loans out and are afraid to loan because you once had a problem with however that's no way to treat a long time customer.Maybe its time to cut your ties with them!
