Alright…here’s a new dilemma…First premier put a balance of $199 on my credit report as a new account…I don’t have a card with them? Wtf?! And even if I did, I wouldn’t run it up to $199!!

What should I do about this?

You may not have a card with them,but somebody does,i'd call them asap.:eek:

Have you rec'd any letters from them?
You will need to dispute it first. Then if it does come back verified, send First Premier a debt verification letter.

no. no letters, no emails, no phone calls! just showed up! i know my husband applied for a card a few months ago but we never heard anything back and never even signed anything?!

If you applied on line then you signed when you pressed enter,I would be concerned that somebody has that card,You need to contact them ASAP:confused:
