I ordered a CR from EX days ago ... after receiving I found numerous personal information mistakes. The mistakes shown were (2) SS # variations, (5) address mistakes, and (2) notices that were incorrect! I attempted to dispute them online, however they won't let me take any off ... in which they won't even let you dispute them b/c they say its directed to a TL. Any experience with deleting these? These seems very odd. Please help!!!!

Ex is the most difficult when it comes to deleting personal info. Yes, if there is a TL (good or bad) tied to the address, they won't delete it. Try not to drive yourself insane getting these things removed. Just do the best you can and move on to your regular disputes. Now, ss# variations ARE a big deal. They should know that only one of those is yours and should investigate to make sure and have the correct one reported. That one you should definitely dispute. The quickest way to take care of that is just call them. |
