For this round of disputes I recieved a letter from EQ saying they do not maintain or service my CR and they have forwarded onto CSC credit service. For my previous rounds I have sent them to EQ and not recieved this letter, but do always recieve the results from CSC. Could this be a stall letter or do you think I am going to have to extend the days for the investigation? I sent them the disputes almost 3 weeks ago. thanks |

The investigation should still only take 30 (+5 for mail time) days from the day they received the dispute. If they take longer than that you can file an FTC complaint and submit it to CSC with a demand for deletion.
