Default Disputing Joint Account

I am redisputing my late payment on my mortgage can I dispute this with both mine and my husband on one certified letter or should I dispute this item seperately and send 2 certified letters, the last time I disputed this item was over 30 days ago, and since then I have spoken with my creditor and they admit to mistakes being posted, so to get the rest of the 4 late payments off report I am redisputing and asking for verifcation on this item. Hope this is the right thing to do.

You should dispute them separately since they are on 2 different CRs.
If that doesn't get them deleted, you will need to either get the mortgage company to fix it or have them send you a letter (on their letterhead) stating that the late notations should be removed.
