lol - I love the letter!!

Crap One is a problem for me too kinda. Actually I don't even know where to go and what to do on mine. (maybe it should be a new post?) Anyway, mine reports as reported since x/02 then last reported xx/07. original amount $5k - recent balance $0 as of xx/07. then d/c through b/k chapter 7. account history 90 days as of xx/02.

I've disputed w/ bureaus, nothing ever happens. I think it's deleted from one others always remain.

Crap One also has not reported 2 other of my cc's I've gotten since b/k (under business - but still sole prop - under my name) this has been over 3 years of credit never reported!!!! And that stinks!! My scores would be higher if it wasn't for this - I choose the wrong company to establish credit with apparently.

Any suggestions?

Well they gave and now their taking away.why don't you post it as it's written on your credit report so we can look at it and see if there's any errors, the balance is correct.oh guys if you look on cdia website it tells you how e-Oscar works that's the system they use to get information between cra and creditors.By the way there is a mention that they have to report what the credit line is

I listed info.

wondering if reported since 2/02 is old enough to request removal? (from cb's)
and if they go by the last reported date of 11/07 and why that is the last reported date anyway?? doesn't make sense to me.

If you have already disputed it with the CRAs and it has not been deleted or updated correctly. Then send Crap1 a debt verification letter.

If they are reporting incorrectly, then you must go to them next. If you follow the right procedures you can get it deleted. I was able to get a Crap1 CO deleted from dh's reports this way.
