 HIPAA Removal
I am new to credit repair. Most of my credit problems are medical bill for my children. I am divorced and ex-hubby is responsible for 50% of the bills. OC and CA dont care about that. How can I get these bills removed if I am willing to pay or negotiate a payment. I just need info on how to take care of this to start clearing credit and raising my score. I would like to by a home in the next 18months  Thank you all.
