Late Payments on My Mortgage

Hello

This is regarding my late payments on my mortgage and how to go about it, (my credit report shows 6 (30) day late payment which I know only 4 of them are legit) so first of all I disputed them and they came back as being reported correctly, then I wrote a GW letter to Bank and was very honest concerning the situation, I received a phone call today and they stated "they cannot change what is already reported" but then again the lady on the phone also told me there should only be 4 late payments showing not 6, she stated her records only show the payment late Sept,Oct, Nov and Dec? But my credit report shows me late Sept. thru February which is incorrect and I disputed this once. The lady at the bank wants to see my copy of the credit report which I have, what should I do?

*Should I dispute it online again
*Give her a copy of the report

Please help!!!

Well considering its a bank that works with credit reports everyday that's being a little cheap.I would go in person and talk to them if 2 are wrong maybe you could get a couple more off to rectify their error.
